- In a kadhai add blended carrot juice with sugar,add corn flour & custard powder,add 1/2 cup water mix well Turn on flame put a kadhai cook on medium flame stir continuesly..
- Stir the halwa till the mixture dries up add ghee stir continuesly,add cashews tukda, stir continuesly until it leaves the bottom of kadhai,after the halwa is cooked,add dry fruit powder & cardamom powder.mix it well, cook for 2 minutes..
- Now turn of flame.Take out in a mould,slightly press,put in plate.garnish with pistachios,& truttifrutti. yummy carrot halwa is ready..
